NoMad Massage is located between Simpson Ferry and Main St. in Downtown Mechanicsburg. 

You can park anywhere on the street or in front of the Schoolhouse Condos. Unfortunately, handicapped parking is not available. 

Because the Massage Space is located in my home, there is no waiting room. Please stay in your car until 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. That said, if you see that the door is open, you are more than welcome to come on in!

First of all, take a deep breath. I know that trying something new can cause anxiety.

Dress comfortable!! This appointment is all about YOU. Come in your pjs! There is no judgement here.

Don't worry about taking a shower prior to the appointment, but also don't come covered in mud. IT'S OKAY if you haven't shaved your legs.

Underwear is ok! You're not expected to be nude. You will always be covered by a sheet and blanket, except for the area I'll be working on.

LET ME KNOW this is your first Massage! ASK all the questions! Again, this time is about YOU. 

If you let me know prior to the appointment, I will make sure that the cats are locked out of the Massage Space, and will make all efforts to rid the room of cat hair. There hasn't been an issue with past clients with allergies, but ultimately you're responsible for your own health.

Mobile Services are also available. NoMad travels up to 1 hour in any direction to provide massage in your home.
